Fried rice is a good way of re-cooking 1 or 2 day old rice. By then, the rice has lost its normal stickiness and you’ll get the individual grains needed to make fried rice.
It’s a very simple dish! Just stir fry the seafood and mixed vegetables before adding the rice. For the seafood, I used prawns, squids and scallops! To make the fried rice even more tasty, I added curry powder and barbeque honey mustard sauce. Smoky
